BMW 7 Series (2026 Model) Raffle Draw Contest

1. To participate, the contestant must visit any branch of Jazeera Factory for Paints Company, scan the QR Code at the branch, and fill in the required information (name, mobile number, email, city) to enter the draw, free of charge and without any purchase requirement. There are 3 winners, each receiving a BMW 735i, 2026 model.
2. The campaign starts on 09/08/2026 and ends on 08/10/2026, not exceeding (60) days in total. The draw shall be conducted on 11/10/2026.
3. Participation is limited to residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia aged eighteen (18) or above. The winner must meet the regulatory requirements to receive and register the prize in their name.
4. Employees of Jazeera Factory for Paints Company and their first-degree relatives, employees of the entity supervising the draw, and employees of the company executing the campaign are not entitled to participate.
5. The contestant must provide correct, updated information and register only one account; incorrect or duplicate information is grounds for disqualification. If declared a winner, the contestant must provide a valid national ID or Iqama and any other regulatory documents required to complete the prize-receipt and vehicle-registration procedures, in accordance with applicable regulations in the Kingdom.
6. The draw shall be conducted electronically and randomly under the supervision of a representative of the Chamber of Commerce in Riyadh. Winners' names shall be announced across Jazeera Paints' social media platforms within (30) days of the campaign's end, and the winner shall be contacted by phone three (3) times; if there is no response within (7) days of the draw date, the company may select another winner.
7. The prize may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for its cash value, and the winner is not entitled to divide the prize. The car's color shall be as available, with no requirement to match the color shown in the advertisement.
8. The winner shall bear all fees related to vehicle registration, license plates, mandatory insurance, and similar charges, unless otherwise expressly stated.
9. The car shall be registered per Saudi Traffic laws and regulations and delivered by the organizer in Riyadh, at a location communicated to the winner at least (7) days prior to delivery.
10. If the winner violates any provision of these terms, whether before or after receiving the prize, or fails to attend within (7) days of notification, the company may select another winner, and the winner must return the prize if a violation is confirmed, per applicable legal procedures.
11. The winner agrees to the documentation and publication of their photos and videos with the prize through Jazeera Paints' official channels.
12. This advertisement is licensed by the Ministry of Commerce, and the contestant may submit any note or objection via the "Commercial Report (Balagh Tijari)" application or the unified number 1900.
