The package does not include removal of wallpaper or all types of decorative paints and spray, if any.
The application to the plain walls only (without dividing the wall into two colors or making any shapes thereon) shall be calculated at the cost price per meter beyond the package.

The (Online Store) is the internet website and electronic application for (Jazeera Factory for Paints - Limited Liability), referred to later as the (Online Store). This (Online Store) enables the company's customers to obtain the company’s information and products, according to the terms and conditions regulating the use in addition to the country’s regulations regulating these transactions. The company has the right to make any amendment to these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice to any party, so you must keep up with these terms continuously.
- We at "Jazeera Paints Company" aim to provide our valued visitors through the (Online Store) all the products and offers we market and sell, services we provide, and all that is new regarding our products and prices.
- We strive to display color tones as accurately as possible, but please note that displayed color tones may be different from actual colors due to differences in display screens and lighting levels.
- All that is included in the (Online Store) such as materials, texts, pictures, drawings, designs, forms, files, multimedia, software, and more is owned by Jazeera Paints company and the company reserves all intellectual property rights related to it including copyright and distribution, and it is not allowed to reprint or distribute these materials or amending or using them for commercial, advertising, or personal purposes, or republishing them in any way without obtaining the company’s explicit written and prior approval.
- The customer may not be eligible to benefit from any of the services, products, and offers present in the (Online Store) because the conditions and controls of the service have not been fulfilled, or for any reason the Company deems appropriate, and the company has the right to reject any request submitted to it without giving reasons especially in the following cases:
• Rejection/non-acceptance of the electronic payment process in the (Online Store).
• If the delivery address or contact information is wrong or because the company is unable to reach the customer.
• Unavailability of the product or stock out.
- The user of the (Online Store) is required to register by using valid, current, and complete data, and the customer shall be solely responsible for errors resulting from non-compliance with that. This data includes, but is not limited to: the full name, user's email address, credit card information, etc. Registering on the (Online Store) means full acceptance by the user of the terms and conditions of using the (Online Store) and an agreement to it and the policy of replacement and return.
- We have the right to reject any of the registrations on the (Online Store) at our own discretion and without giving reasons. We also have the right to make the necessary verifications to ensure the information provided by the customer and align it with the registration requirements. Once the customer has finished registering, the validity of the registration continues for an indefinite period and remains subject to the possibility of being suspended or canceled according to the terms and conditions.
- The customer must always ensure that the offers, prices, terms, and conditions mentioned on the pages of the (Online Store) are still valid, as the company reserves the right to change it at any time without prior notice.
- The customer acknowledges that he takes full responsibility for all the obligations arising from his use of the site, and the customer acknowledges his knowledge and approval that the company is not responsible for any technical errors or problems affecting the system - such as defective pricing or determining the required service, and that the company has the right in canceling or correcting the service request whenever this defect is discovered.
- All personal data and information provided by the user will be treated with complete confidentiality, and the company will maintain the privacy of this information in accordance with the existing Privacy Policy (Online Store) on this (link).
- The customer acknowledges and agrees to his knowledge that the company has the right to change prices or products or to cancel them, without prior notice, with the company not assuming any commitment towards the customer, and the customer also acknowledges his responsibility to verify the prices of the products before submitting their request.
The company reserves the right to set the maximum or minimum amount of products that can be purchased per customer or the amount paid for each purchase, according to the company's own discretion.
- The company is keen to present its products at the best prices, but sometimes products’ prices on the (Online Store) may differ from products’ prices in the company's showrooms.
- The customer acknowledges his commitment to all the procedures that he performs through the (Online Store), and the expenses incurred by it. The customer also acknowledges his commitment to review the bill of services or products provided, checking and verifying their authenticity, and when there is an error, he has the right to object to the company through the customer service indicated in the (Online Store) within a period not exceeding three days from the date of receiving the products.
- In the event that the customer makes a mistake in entering the data or information of the service request, he can amend the information through the (Online Store), or communicate with the customer service staff to request for the correction of that data, within a period not exceeding (24) hours from the time the request was registered.
- The company has the right to change these terms and conditions or replace it entirely with other new terms and conditions or replace a page or pages contained on its websites without notifying the customer of that, and the continuity of the customer’s access to the company’s website or its use is considered as approval of the changes that have been made to the (Online Store).
- The company has the right to amend the entire (Online Store) or part of it or to stop it or suspend it temporarily or permanently without prior notice and at any time it deems appropriate. The customer also agrees that the company is not responsible to him or to any other party for any modification, suspension, or stopping of the site.
- The customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account and his password for registration on the (Online Store), and he agrees to assume full responsibility for all the activities carried out in the name of his account, and he must inform the company of any unauthorized use of his account or any other party’s attempt to breach the standards for safe use on the (Online Store).
- Delivery takes 1-3 working days and costs 25 SAR, and is FREE for orders over 300 SAR(Exclusive Online products are excluded). Please note that there may be a change in the delivery time or cost, you can check the delivery details on your cart page before checkout.
- The company is keen to provide a pleasant and comfortable shopping experience for the customer, but in some cases, there may be some difficulties outside the company’s will, which causes a delay in the arrival time of the order, and the customer will be informed of any expected delay or difficulties that have a fundamental impact on the delivery of ordered goods.
- All services that require product delivery to the customer are required to be within Saudi Arabia, and that the customer can be easily reached.
-The company does not bear any risks related to the products (including the risk of losing or damaging the products) after delivering them to the customer at the address indicated in the order.
- The company relinquishes its responsibility to deliver or compensate the customer for goods that have expired or have been tinted in coloring machines, due to the customer’s delay in receiving them (and the reason for the delay was not due to the company) for a period of (30) thirty days from the date of the purchase order, and in this case, the company has the right to dispose these goods on customer’s account, and refer to the customer for any damage incurred to the company due to this delay.
- These terms and conditions in their interpretation and application are subject to the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute between the two parties is referred to the competent judicial authority in the city of Riyadh.
Conditions for return or replacement:
The customer has the right to return or exchange products via an application submitted in accordance with the form prepared for that on the company's e-commerce platform, under the following conditions:
1. The replacement or return shall be within the time period indicated in the policy, with the exception of products that have defects or do not conform to agreed specifications or products that have been colored with tinting machines.
2. The return or replacement of the product is required not to be used by the customer, and that the product is in its packaging in the same original condition at the time of purchase.
3. Products must be returned to the same showroom mentioned in the purchase invoice, and the company, with the customer’s consent, to receive the products from the customer and return them in exchange for a deduction of the return value from the customer.
4. To fulfill the return or exchange order, the customer needs to maintain the purchase invoice for the concerned products.
5. Refunds take between 7 to 14 business days to be back into your account. If the refund is requested for Mada cards after more than 14 days of the original purchase, there may be a delay of an additional 4 weeks due to the refund processing policy enforced by Mada.
Return or replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase. Exceptions of the return and
exchange policy
The following conditions of return and exchange are excluded:
1. If the products were manufactured at the request of the customer or according to specific specifications he specified - exceptions are that, there are defects or do not conform to the specifications agreed in the purchase invoice.
2. If a defect appeared on the products due to improper storage by the customer.
3. If the products are colored with tinting machines.
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase request at any stage of the purchase, provided that it is in accordance with the following cancellation conditions:
1. The request for cancellation shall be made before the products leave the company headquarters or any of its branches.
2. In the event that the customer delays receiving the products for a period of 15 days from the date the request reaches the customer’s address, the company has the right to cancel the order and return the purchase amount to the customer after deducting the delivery value of the products.
3. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase process without incurring any financial sums, in case the delivery is more than 60 days late from the date of the order and this delay was not due to the customer.
The cancellation of the purchase order policy does not apply if the products were manufactured at the request of the customer or according to certain specifications that he specified, or the products were colored with tinting machines.
1. The response to cancel the replacement and return orders shall be automatically answered by the company within seventy-two (72) working hours.
2. The company is not responsible to compensate the customer if there is a delay in recovering the value of the returned products or the value difference if the products are replaced by ones that are less expensive for a reason not due to the company, for example, if the delay was due to the bank with which the customer deals.
3. The customer has no right to waive his rights to exchange and return under these terms and conditions to anyone else.
- The customer acknowledges and agrees that he has read and understood the content of these Terms and Conditions without having any restrictions, conditions, or reservations.
Customers may order an application service provided by Jazeera Paints via mobile application or by visiting our website. This service connects clients with an application service provider who is Jazeera Paints approved! The service allows customers to make reservations, provide a smart way of matching, and use a GPS system.
- When you register on our website, mobile application, or order the application service, you agree to our terms and conditions and to let Jazeera employees communicate with you to confirm your account or order if needed. You also agree to share your information with the service provider to perform the service.
- The following information will be collected: client’s name, phone number, email, and location. All this will only be used to confirm the client’s account and order. This information will not be shared for any commercial goals. It will only be used to provide a better service.
- When the application service is performed, clients can review and rate the service on our website or mobile application. If there is an issue with your order, it will be taken good care of!
- Jazeera Paints provides a warranty on this service in accordance with our terms and conditions. Jazeera Paints will not be responsible if the application of the product was not in accordance with the Technical Specifications written on the website or the mobile application.
- Warranties will not be valid if the walls were proven to need treatment before applying the last layer, but the client declined to proceed. Warranties will not be valid if other products that are NOT Jazeera Paints products were used.
- Jazeera Paints will not reimburse, refund, or be held responsible for the two parties (service provider and client) if the agreement occurred without the supervision of Jazeera Paints.
- To achieve the best result, we recommend that you prepare the place and remove furniture before the service provider arrives. Jazeera Paints will not be responsible for any damages while the service provider performs the service.
- If the service is not completed with the timeframe that was agreed upon because of the client, Jazeera Paints maintains its right to apply a fee that does not exceed 10% of the service cost, or to cancel the old timeframe and set a new one, depending on what the company sees fit.

- Jazeera Paints is not responsible for any work that contradicts traditions, Shariah law, or Saudi laws that the service provider may commit while performing the service. The service provider must agree to hold full responsibility for any issues (reimbursement, refund, and so forth) that follows from his own violation.
- Prices are dependent on the demand and supply of the market. Therefore, prices may differ based on the region the client lives in.
- The service cost must be paid in advance. You may pay through one of the available payment methods on the website or mobile application. Clients may not be able to request a refund after the agreement is reached and service is completed.
- Jazeera Paints is eager to provide the best service to its clients. We are also eager to justly honor the agreement with our service providers too. Based on that, we do not allow any kind of verbal or physical harassment. In case clients have any issues, they can contact Jazeera Paints.
- All designs, brands, services, and products descriptions, or any other content on the website or mobile application is fully owned by Jazeera Paints. We do NOT allow using anything for any personal or commercial ends.
- Jazeera Paints has the right to add, remove, or modify any of these terms and conditions with no prior notification to any party. In addition, all these terms and conditions are subjected to Saudi laws.

We are also eager to assist you with following the quality of the service with service providers, supervising their performance, and evaluating their final outcome based on clients reviews to improve our service.
1. The loyalty program of Jazeera Paints Company "A`shanek" also referred to as the "the Program and/or A`shanek Program" is the Jazeera Paints (the Company) loyalty program which delegated for its valued customers, were upon earned the membership of the program, the member considered agree to all the terms and conditions of the Program (Terms & Conditions) as determined by the company.
2. Membership earning in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and admission to the program is free of charge.
3. A member is entitled to enjoy both the statutory and legal capacity if he has a free will, conscious and none severely punished person.
4. Without prejudice to any of the Terms & Conditions, any customer can join the program and be considered a member by purchasing the products that qualify him to collect reward points.
5. The Terms & Conditions of "A`shanek" program with its amendments are final and binding on the members of the program. The company reserves the right to make any modifications or change the criteria for acquiring points and replacing them at any time, or to terminate the "A`shanek" program without prior notice. Further, the company keeps its sole right to unsubscribe or withhold the balance without reference to the customer, for example: If a member of the program loses one or more of the conditions of membership acquisition or loss of regular eligibility for any reason or the member of the program violated any of the Terms & Conditions.
6. A Member’s membership account including personal data shall be established for the purpose of consolidating the balance of points in his account.
7. The information collected for the purpose of opening the account relating to the use of the "A`shanek" program shall be held in the company’s files for internal use only regarding the program’s needs. This personal information such as ID number, address, telephone numbers, etc. will not be disclosed to third parties without the prior written permission of the Member, in an exception if these personal data been required from the company according to the Law.
8. The member shall be granted a valid membership card if he meets the terms for the membership. The Membership Card is property of the company and any unauthorized copies thereof lead to the cancellation of membership, without prejudice to any other legal rights, “for example compensation for damage”.
9. Program Points cannot be purchased or transferred to any other person or member of the program assigned or pay it as a gift.
10. The company reserves the right to refuse to issue the membership card at any time for any reason. If the membership is terminated or the membership card is suspended or the program is canceled for any reason at any time, all points earned by the member and registered in the membership card are automatically canceled.
11. If the member proves that he has committed any violation in any way proven he shall lose the cumulative points and the company reserves the right to suspend or cancel his membership immediately without any legal responsibility.
12. The member shall notify the company of any change in his personal data, and the company shall not be responsible for the loss of the membership card or the points accumulated therein due to the failure to update the personal data.
13. The company reserves the right to take necessary legal action if any fraudulent activity is suspected or disclosed. In addition, the member may be liable for any losses to the company, including litigation and damages.
14. All Intellectual Property rights of the company associated with the names, logos, and trademarks owned by it or related to the software are protected under the Law.
15. The company shall do its best endeavor to avoid any breach relating to the services provided through the Program Icon for the provision of points and redemption. Such promise shall not be considered as a guarantee of a continuous flow of such services without interruption. The company shall not be liable for compensation for any related operations or for any operational errors of the software that may occur when providing any of the services to the member.
16. The company is not liable due to any manner for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by any member, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of joining the program.
17. Membership shall apply as long as the "A`shanek" rewards program exists unless membership is canceled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
18. The member acquires the points of the "A`shanek" program based on the predefined categories of purchases of products from the company.
19. "A`shanek" points may be acquired or replaced in conjunction with any promotions, discounts, special packages, or bulk purchases if the company deems it, and this decision is considered an exclusive right.
20. The period of acquiring points is 7 days from the date of issue of the invoice.
21. The validity period for redeeming the points collected is one year from the date of receipt.
22. The Member shall earn a minimum of 1000 points for the submission of any replacement request for points within Jazeera Paints Company’s branches for the first time only.
23. The member must earn a minimum of 100 points to submit any replacement request for points with "A`shanek" accredited entities for the first time only.
24. It is necessary to verify the validity of the mobile number of the member so that he can redeem the points where he receives the confirmation code after entering the mobile number. If the mobile number had changed or a loss of the SIM card is acquired, the customer must notify the company by contacting the free Customer Service contact number “8001231233”.
25. In order to return the purchased products, each member of the "A`shanek" program must present the original purchase invoice. Any points earned upon purchase will be deducted when the products are returned within the selected branches of the company.
26. The customer may not use more than one membership card or any other card that does not contain his identification data, for example, Name, ID / Residence number, mobile number, address, etc.
27. This service is available at selected company exhibitions.
28. The company shall not be held responsible for any technical defect to any third party or service provider such as the telecommunications companies or any service provider.
29. A member of the program shall be responsible for the ultimate validity of his membership for the entire Terms & Conditions and any change it shall be available on the company’s website at www.jazeerapaints.com or notified to the member through SMS.
30. Employees of the company, its Agents, immediate relatives, and entities accredited to the program shall not be entitled to membership and if otherwise arise, the points shall be automatically blocked and the membership shall be automatically canceled.
31. All the Terms & conditions of the company’s "A`shanek" Rewards Program shall be governed by and construed laws & regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The jurisdiction to resolve all disputes that may arise between the parties shall be exclusive to the competent court in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
32. (www.jazeerapaints.com ) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Saudi Arabia.
