Coverage: 3.6 m2 per kg For Concrete and Cement surfaces:
Primer:
• Apply one coat of “Jazeera Epoxy Sealer Clear” or “Jaz Epoxy Sealer Clear Ultra” for pourse substrates.
Topcoat:
• Apply two coats of “Jazeera Floor Coating”.
Note: for exterior application apply two coats of “Jazeera Florthane SB” as a topcoat.
For Steel Surfaces:
Primer:
• Apply one coat of “Jazeera Epoxy Zinc Phosphate primer” for anti-corressive properties.
Topcoat:
Apply two coats of “Jazeera Floor Coating”.
Note: for exterior application apply two coats of “Jazeera Florthane SB” as a topcoat.
For Slip Resistance Finish:
• Broadcast “Jaz Non-Slip Aggregate” on the primer “Jaz Epoxy Sealer Clear Ultra”or 1stcoat of “Jazeera Floor Coating” coat by rate 0.5-1
kg/m2 before drying.
• After drying the excess aggrigate should be removed by vacuum cleaner or brush.
• Apply one or two coats of “Jazeera Floor Coating” as required roughness.
• Roller: short naps roller (3/8 inch) is suitable type for epoxy.
• Brush: a stiff nylon brush.recommended for narrow areas.
• Squeegee: recommended to achieve a continuous coating.
• Trowel / notched trowel : can be use.
• Spike Roller should be used after achieving the film thickness for avoiding air bubbles.
