Apply one coat of “Jazeera Green Prime”.
Apply two coats of “Jazeera Extreme”.
Apply two coats of “Jazeera Rust Primer”.
Apply two coats of “Jazeera Iron Rust” or “Jazeera Pati Rust” or mixed according to the desired shape (refer to product catalog).
Apply “Jazeera Rust Activator” according to desired shape (refer to product catalog).
Apply two coats of “Jazeera Rust Clear”.
Note:
- “Jazeera Rust Activator” is used after 20-30 minutes from “Jazeera Pati Rust” application & after 48 hours (minimum) on “Jazeera Iron Rust”
application @25°C.
- “Jazeera Rust Clear” is applied after 48 hours (minimum) from “Jazeera Rust Activator” application
- Dring times should be considered at each step of the application.
- The final shape of the product depends on the application method, tools, ambient temperature, relative humidity, the thickness of the paint
coat and the amount of applied activator.
