Recommended to use as a sealer coat for exterior and interior applications on concrete and cement surfaces for floors and walls where excellent sealing and adhesive properties are required for concrete surfaces, also can be used as screed mortar
Painting System
• For sealer: Apply one coat of "Jazeera Epoxy Sealer Clear 400". • For screed mortar : (Thickness : more than 3mm) -Apply one coat "Jazeera Epoxy Sealer Clear 400" . - Mix Jazeera Epoxy Sealer Clear 4oo with “Jazeera Filler F3”. - Apply the mixture on wet condition of sealer. (recommended thickness for large scale areas up to 1cm, for patching and repairs up to 4cm). • For screed mortar : (Thickness : less than 3mm) - Mix Jazeera Epoxy Sealer Clear 4oo with “Jazeera Aggregate G10”. - Apply the mixture on places to be repaired. • For leveling and closing surface pores (scratch coat): - Mix Jazeera Epoxy Sealer Clear 4oo with “Jazeera Filler F1”. - Apply the mixture on places to be repaired. • Topcoats: Can be over coated with all kinds of epoxy and PU.
