Excellent Resistance to UVRecommended to use for exterior and interior applications on asphalt, concrete, and epoxy floors as a line marking/sign markings in the public or private roads, runways, parking lots, buildings, factories, hospitals, etc.
Mixing procedure: Stir base by using a low speed mechanical stirrer.
- Pour hardener into component A.
- Mix rapidly the two components continuously until a homogenous mixture and uniform color are obtained.
For Large areas (Bus Stop, U turns, Parkings, Speed slow down areas)
1- Anti-skid 2 layers structure:
Apply 1st coat of “Jazeera Cold Plastic” by squeegee or trawel with 1000 micron thickness.
For anti-skid property, broadcast silica sand aggregate (which should be sprinkled on wet paint surface by the “drop on” method).
Remove access aggregate after dry.
Apply 2nd coat “Jazeera Cold Plastic” by roller with 500 micron thickness.
Apply one coat of “Jazeera Cold Plastic Clear”.
2- For Smooth finish:
Apply one coat of “Jazeera Cold Plastic” by squeegee or Trawel with 1-3 mm thickness.
Apply one coat of “Jazeera Cold Plastic Clear”.
