In a strategic move towards enhancing sustainable development
Jazeera Paints, the leading company in the industry of paints, colors and construction solutions in KSA and MENA, signed a cooperation agreement with NHC, the largest real estate developer in the Middle East during the Real Estate Future Forum 2025 in Riyadh.
This agreement aims to unify efforts between both parties to provide advanced solutions in construction and real estate development. It involves offering high-quality paint products that meet sustainability standards and enhance the efficiency of residential and commercial projects. The partnership reflects both parties' commitment to supporting the Saudi real estate sector through innovation and the application of cutting-edge technologies in urban construction.
The agreement was signed in the presence of top executives from both sides. Abdullah Bin Saud Bin Marshoud Al Romaih, CEO of Jazeera Paints, signed on behalf of Jazeera Paints, while Yazeed Al Nafissa, Vice CEO of NHC, signed on behalf of NHC. Eng. Nasser Bin Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Romaih, Vice CEO of Jazeera Paints, and Maan AlOthimeen, General Manager of Supply Chain and Business Support at NHC, also attended the signing. This agreement underscores the commitment of both parties to delivering innovative solutions that enhance the quality of real estate projects in the Kingdom, support sustainable construction standards, and represent a significant step towards integrating the industrial and real estate sectors, contributing to building a more advanced and prosperous future aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 goals.
